This program is built upon the idea that the ways in which one shows up in the world is largely down to the programming that one receives in childhood and adolescence - when they are the most impressionable & formulating ideas about one's self, others & the world around them.

The key to awakening your potential, unhooking from unhelpful behaviours, & forming healthy relationships lies in uncovering your patterns and beliefs created in your earlier years & then making a conscious decision to rewrite your patterns to bring about change in your present day life.

From my lived through experiences, and carefully researched strategies, studies, and learnings, I have created step by step ways of overcoming various life challenges including putting an end to self-sabotage, codependency, low self-worth & people-pleasing.

Why am I a relationship and inner child coach?

Over the years, I’ve had my fair share of relationship challenges from a lack of self-love and codependency to overcoming infidelity and surviving psychological abuse.

Through my healing and inward journey, I realised that actually, it wasn’t just about the men that I had dated, or anyone on the outside, but more about my relationship blueprint and the harmful patterns that had been existing within me for a very long time.

And it all started in my childhood and adolescence…

Growing up in a dysfunctional family where there was codependent dynamics, abuse and the presence of an alcohol disorder meant that there were many lessons for me to learn from when it came to how I learnt to be in relationships, and the behaviours that I accepted and rejected from another.

Since 2019, I have spent every year researching and learning the tools, resources and exercises needed for people facing certain relationship challenges from trying to overcome people pleasing and caretaking, to learning how to set healthy boundaries, stop self-sabotage and develop unshakeable self-worth.

I have guided many people on their own personal and spiritual growth journey, supporting them on their transformation with various techniques - techniques that I didn’t have when I needed them the most but would have loved to help me at the start of my healing journey. It would have saved me hours of research and tons of money if I had someone to give me all of the things that I needed by one click of a button.

And I want to say, that it doesn’t have to be the same for you - you can get the support and coaching that you need to heal and transform, today.

  • Inner Bonding/Inner Child Healing

    Inner Bonding is a spiritually based therapeutic modality that heals shame & self-abandonment which often causes anxiety, stress, low self-worth, addictive behaviours & relationship problems.

    It transforms your life, assists in creating emotional freedom & heals relationship dynamics by:

    -Empowering you to take responsibility for your feelings & needs.

    -Strengthening the relationship between your Inner Child & Adult Self.

    -Healing the false beliefs of your wounded self which have caused pain, fear & relationship problems.

  • Transformational Coaching

    In general transformational coaching enables a client to breakthrough their challenges & overcome their fears by using different frameworks to assist in the following:

    -Shifting particular beliefs to develop a more positive mindset & self-image.

    -Identity work to heal any behaviours & patterns.

    -Using exploratory conversation to gain clarity & insights.

    -Goal planning to connect with your purpose & ignite your passion.

  • NLP

    A lot of coaching involves working with your subconscious mind & identifying the ways in which you perceive the world & yourself, & understanding how that all affects your behaviour on a day to day basis. In other words, coaching involves making the unconscious conscious.

    NLP (neuro-linguistic programming) is a powerful technique used to help an individual understand their mind & the language of the mind to get better results in life.

    To put it simply, NLP is used for unlearning old or unhelpful information, changing unhelpful thoughts, feelings or patterns of behaviour.

What’s included in the program:

We will connect via Zoom each week for a 50 minute session. All of this is organised via the Indigo Project as of December 2021.

In between each session you will have the opportunity to complete the ‘Self Work’ you are provided with on the Zoom call. The ‘Self Work’ is designed to supplement the various sessions that you will have which may include reading, tools, exercises, habitual changes, and deeper reflection practices.

You may also be provided with guided meditations at times to help you deepen and transform the relationship with yourself.

What is Coaching?

Coaching is a journey of reflection, discovery and self-awareness combined with action and self-motivation. Coaching is, for the majority, non-advisory, solution focused and designed to move you forward rather than dwelling on the past. It’s a powerful method to help you improve, grow and develop and learn new skills and tools to manage your life more effectively.

What can I expect from you as my Coach?

To respect and hold your vision – even when faced with adversities and you lose sight of it, I never will. I got you!

To challenge you – old beliefs, habits and behaviours are often deep-seated.  We’ll uncover the underlying reasons that are keeping you stuck and set up more useful and helpful habits together.

To support you – I’m on your team and my passion is to see you achieve success and transformation. I’ll encourage you and support you every step of the way!

To be honest – even if it’s difficult or uncomfortable, I will always be straight with you. Sometimes tough love is needed.

To curate and tailor the information – you’re an individual with individual needs and the last thing you need is more information, you need the right information and the right actions for you.

What is a Relationship & Inner Child Coach?

Relationship & Inner Child Coaches educate and support clients to achieve their relationship goals through belief transformation, nlp and inner bonding techniques. 

What do you expect from me?

A commitment to change – just turning up to the sessions won’t be enough. You have to commit to doing the work and take responsibility for the outcome of the coaching.

A commitment to the session – turn up on time, take the opportunities when we’re together seriously and be present in each session. I implement a “no phone policy” during the sessions we have together to eliminate distractions.

A commitment to the home exercises – take responsibility for the mutually agreed upon actions in each session. Often the greatest understanding, realisations and clarity come in between sessions. Communicate with me if you need more clarity on how to do the work.

To be honest – even if it’s difficult or uncomfortable because it’s in this space that the greatest changes happen. I am here to help and to empower you.

To challenge yourself – you can play it safe but if you really want to grow then you need to be willing to take a step outside of your comfort zone. You’ll be amazed at how small changes make a HUGE difference over time. Consistency is key.

To have fun – this is your life, your well-being, your dreams and your journey. Enjoy it, embrace it and have fun with it. Not everything will be serious - there will be laughs along the way!

Will I be upset during the sessions?

You will be going through a life changing experience, and at times it can be intense and emotional. Facing your struggles requires an element of bravery so that you can do the emotional work needed to build a loving relationship with yourself and create a life you love. You will be prepped on how to manage your emotions through this journey so don’t worry - I totally get what you will be going through.
